The USB to CAN converter is a low-cost, intelligent CAN interface for connecting to a CAN device or CANbus network via the USB port.
The 16-bit microcontroller provides reliable, loss-free transmission and reception of messages in CAN networks where both high transmission rates and high bus loads are present. In addition, the CAN messages are time-stamped and can be filtered and buffered in the USB-to-CAN dongle. The module can also be used as a master for CANopen systems. The USB-to-CAN compact provides easy integration of PC-supported applications into CAN systems via the USB port. Combining competitive pricing and compact construction these USB CAN interfaces are ideal for use in series products and in conjunction with the canAnalyser for development, service and maintenance work.
